As I aged, I found myself drawn more and more towards a gentler, more meaningful approach to Beauty — one that focuses on how you feel, not just how you look.
My own journey, both personally and professionally, led me to explore holistic therapies, natural skincare, and treatments that support the body rather than work against it.
I saw how powerful it can be when someone feels comfortable in their own skin — not because they’ve changed who they are, but because they’ve reconnected with themselves.
This space was created to offer that.

Hi, I’m Vee—founder of Hampshire Holistic Beauty & Therapy. With a background in holistic therapies including Reiki and reflexology, I’m passionate about helping you feel confident in your skin while creating space for true relaxation. Each treatment is thoughtfully designed to support both your skin and your overall wellbeing.
